Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – BANDREI DESIGNS

All Bandrei Designs products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful.

Because all items are custom-made, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Incorrect color or model selected by the customer
• Customer preference changes
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Returns or replacements are ONLY accepted in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• There is a printing or manufacturing error

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

We do NOT accept returns sent without prior authorization.
We do NOT accept returns sent to unauthorized addresses.
